Baltic Energy Efficiency Network for the Building Stock

 

5 and 6 February 2007 - BEEN Tacis Seminar in Berlin

On the 5th and 6th February 2007 a BEEN Tacis seminar for Belarusian and Russian partners of the BEEN project took place in Berlin. The seminar was organised by IWO e.V.  In the seminar representatives of  the Minsk Region Unitary Office "The Management of housing-municipal services", the Zhodino Executive City Committee, the Housing Committee of Administration of St. Petersburg, the Non-Profit Partnership "The St. Petersburg House Property Owners Association", St. Petersburg and the Dep. Energy and Housing of Administration of Kaliningrad Oblast participated. Some German partners of the ERDF-part of the project were invited as guest speakers: Thomas Janicki from the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Affairs (BMVBS), Eberhard Helmstädter from IEMB e.V, Carsten Petersdorff from Ecofys GmbH,  Karsten Müller-Janßen from the Energy Agency Schleswig-Holstein.
Purpose of the seminar was the transfer of information and know-how from the main BEEN project to the involved Belarusian and Russian partners. All five work packages of the project were discussed, also the subject of reports that will be elaborated by Belarusian and Russian partners.
