WP4 - Affordable Financing of Energy Efficient Refurbishment of Residential Buildings

The central focus of WP4 is to develop optimised financing systems for the implementation of energy efficient renovation programmes. Therefore, typical housing expenditures in the BSR countries will be examined. Furthermore, experiences with national financing programmes and instruments promoting energy efficient refurbishment are exchanged and enlarged. Based on this, recommendations for improved financing systems and mechanism will be developed.
